William Jollymore
William is the founder and mastermind behind our hand-poured wax products. With his passion for perfection, William ensures that every candle meets our high standards. As the head of back-of-house operations, he brings creativity and years of expertise, dedicated to spreading joy through our creations. With a focus on precision and excellence, William ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality candles. Just quietly, he has a hard time letting them go when you order them.
Jacob Jollymore
Jacob joined our team in 2023 and has been lighting up Lunico Candle Co. ever since. As the Scentertainment Director & Brand Glow-Getter, he brings a fresh perspective and heaps of creativity to the table. From dreaming up new product designs to crafting engaging social media content, he's always got something exciting up his sleeve. But Jacob's not just about the business—he's all about creating memorable experiences for our customers. Whether he's running the show up front or offering personal coaching sessions and readings, Jacob's warm and genuine approach makes everyone feel right at home.
We are heavily influenced by the word "home" - not just a house, but the towns in which we grew up, our families and faces that we have come to know over the years. All of these factors have shaped us into the people that we are today.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.95, but it's free if you spend $150 or more for an Australian delivery. International shipping will vary based on your location.
We ship using Australia Post with tracking information provided for each parcel.
Which ingredients go into your candles and wax melts?
We use 100% soy wax for our candles and wax melts. Soy wax has a longer, cleaner burn at a lower temperature than paraffin. This means you can enjoy your candles longer!
Our candles and wax melts are made with premium fragrance oils, and our candles have lead-free cotton wicks.
How long do your reed diffusers last?
When used indoors and kept away from fans and direct sunlight, our reed diffusers will last for approximately six months.
How long do your candles and wax melts last?
When burned according to our candle care instructions, our candles will burn for approximately 40-60 hours depending on the size.
Our wax melt cubes will last for approximately 10 hours each.
Where do your products come from?
All of our products are handmade in Port Macquarie NSW, using only supplies from Australia.
